- Tim Rayner Review added: 2018.09.29★ ★ ★ ★ ★I arrived at burthope farm campsite after a hard 19 mile walk. We were greeted by the owner pip with a smile. The campsite was brilliant. Lovely and clean. Showers lovely. The local pub was about half an hour away and the local taxi was busy. Pip said don't worry I'm visiting a friend so I will drop you all off. When we arrived at the pub she got the pubs telephone number and said if you are still there on the way back from my friends I will ring the pub and pick you up and take you back. After the 19 miles walk it was music to my ears. It was so kind. Can't thank you enough pip. What a wonderful person you are. Your campsite was brilliant and would recommend it to everyone.
